Khrissy Richardson is a storyteller at heart, born and raised in Ohio, with roots in sports journalism and a passion for elevating real-life skills. Her career began in Cleveland’s fast-paced news scene, where she honed her ability to connect with diverse audiences and recognize the value of lived experience over formal credentials.

In 2019, driven by a belief that talent extends beyond degrees, Khrissy founded it’s NUTSHELL, Inc. — a tech startup revolutionizing resumes through skill-based profiles. As Founder, she leads with a focus on inclusion, authenticity, and innovation, empowering individuals to showcase who they are and what they can do.

Outside the office, she’s an advocate for education, equity, and community engagement, often cheering on local sports teams or exploring Ohio’s cultural scenes. Through it’s NUTSHELL, Khrissy is on a mission to redefine how talent is discovered, celebrated, and hired.
